Returns and Refunds


 

Items that are still “in stock” on our website can be refunded within 7 days after the delivery date. Due to our limited stock drops, Items that are “out of stock” on our website cannot be returned.

 

When returning the item (s), it must be in its original packaging, with other items it may have come with. Items must be returned in the same original conditions, neatly packed and with the return tag still attached. Personalised or specially made items cannot be returned.

 

If there are signs of excessive wear on the garment indicating that it has been worn or is no longer in factory condition, your refund claim will be rejected, and the item delivered back to you at your own expense. 

 

Shipping costs and import duty fees related to the return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

 

Refunds will be processed after the item(s) is returned to our warehouse and once it has successfully completed the quality checks.

Moshpit Ltd processes orders in Croydon, London from Monday to Friday.

Orders are processed within 48 working hours or a maximum of 3 working days of the order’s placement. Orders placed on Holidays/ non-working days will be processed the following working day.

 

Moshpit Ltd cannot be held accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Moshpit’s control.
